| MINIMUM ORDER: |
Ninety-five percent of the time ECM does not impose a minimum order. There are times, however, that we must; such as for unique or specialty items or items that have very little selling history to other customers.

| PAYMENT TERMS: |
Net 30-day terms from date of invoice for approved accounts. ECM also accepts all major credit cards.

| SALES TAX: |
Invoices will include all appropriate state sales taxes. Taxes will be omitted only If goods are purchased for resell and the buyer has provided ECM with a current resale certificate and/or Corporate Federal Tax ID number for destination state.

| WARRANTY: |
As a distributor for several companies, ECM passes thru the particular manufacturer's warranty to our customers. Most manufacturers post their warranties on their web sites. Let us know what information you need and we'll do everything possible to get it for you. In regards to cable assemblies manufactured by ECM, we warrant that all product made shall be in conformance, upon shipment from our facility, with written specifications agreed to between the seller and the purchaser regarding material and workmanship for a period of one year from shipment. By this warranty, ECM shall replace free of charge, all products which examination indicates are not in conformance with specifications. Returned goods. (transportation charges prepaid by buyer) will not be accepted without prior authorization and RMA number having been obtained from ECM. Customer must notify ECM within 365 days of receipt of parts.

| CANCELLATIONS: |
Upon cancellation of any order placed by customer and accepted by ECM, the customer shall pay cancellation charges equal to the expenses and/or cancellation charges ECM incurs from its supplier including but not limited to ECM's administrative costs for processing and canceling the order. Orders marked non-cancelable/non-returnable will not be accepted for return or cancellation upon any circumstances.

| DAMAGED MATERIAL/SHORTAGES: |
Title to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery by ECM to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage during shipment and thereafter shall rest with the customer. Any claims for damage or loss of the products while in transit must be submitted and made against the carrier. Customer must inspect all orders upon receipt for completeness. Any claims for shortage must be made to ECM within 10 days after the date the product was shipped from ECM.
