Prices and Specifications
All prices are for domestic shipments, FOB Stoneham, MA, USA, in US Dollars. Applicable federal, state, and local taxes are extra and payable by the buyer. Additional shipment charges may apply, as quoted at time of order.
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change pricing, products and specifications, or discontinue items at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, component unavailability, manufacturing cost changes and errors in advertisements.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to any applicable customs duties, VAT, and taxes in the country of destination, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. If this transaction involves an export under Export Administration Regulations, the products exported by us are exported in accordance with the current Export Administration Regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited.
Sales Tax
Invoices will include all appropriate state sales taxes. Taxes will be omitted only if goods are purchased for resale and the buyer has provided ECM with a current and valid Resale Certificate and corporate Federal Tax ID number for the destination state.
Order Quantity
In most situations, East Coast Microwave requires no minimum order quantity. However, there are instances with unique, custom, specialty or items with minimal shipping history in which we do impose a minimum order quantity.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an email or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by us. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Order Cancellation
Upon cancellation of any order placed by the customer and accepted by ECM, the customer may be subject to cancellation charges equal to the expenses incurred by ECM including but not limited to supplier cancellation charges, and administrative costs. Orders marked as non-cancellable / non-returnable will not be accepted for return or cancellation under any circumstances.
Payment Terms
Net 30 days for approved credit terms and valid corporate purchase order. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Shipping
Packages for continental USA orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping (Next Day, 2 Day) is available via UPS for an additional charge. Next Day orders must be placed by 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time. UPS orders require a physical street address, and cannot ship to a PO Box.
Returns
Please contact the factory prior to returning any product and obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number to assure receipt and proper account credit. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted, or account credit applied. Returns shall be returned to ECM with transportation charges prepaid by the buyer. Customer must notify ECM within 365 days of receipt of parts.
Product Warranty
As a distributor for several suppliers, ECM passes through the specific manufacturer’s warranty to our customers. Most manufacturers post their warranties on their website. Please let us know the particular information needed, and we’ll get it for you.
Cable assemblies manufactured by ECM are warranted for conformance at the time of shipment, and comply with any written specifications defined in the customer’s purchase order, and confirmed in the Order Acknowledgement from ECM. Material and workmanship are warranted for a period of one year from shipment. Any products found to be non-conforming to the accepted specifications shall be repaired or replaced by ECM free of charge.
Damaged Material/Shortages
Title to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery by ECM to the freight carrier. Risk of loss or damage during transit and thereafter shall rest with the customer. Any claims for damage or loss while in transit must be submitted with the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all orders upon receipt for completeness. Any claims for shortage must be made to ECM within 10 days after the date that the product was shipped from ECM.
Privacy Policy
East Coast Microwave takes the privacy concerns of our customers and website visitors seriously, and utilizes the utmost in security measures to assure that all information supplied by customers, website browsers, or Email Update registrants remains private and protected from loss, misuse or alteration. It is our policy to allow browsing without the need for registration, unless specifically required by our visitors when placing an order or as needed for literature requests.
More importantly, East Coast Microwave DOES NOT resell or disseminate ANY of the data supplied by its customers, website browsers, or Email members!
Purchasing Security
All personal contact and financial information supplied by customers that are purchasing products online through our web site is securely stored and protected by the latest in firewall protection and secure transaction processing systems. This not only assures customer privacy, but also prevents unauthorized access to sensitive credit card and account information. Financial information is gathered on a per-order basis, and as an additional layer of protection, is stored on remote protected financial servers, NOT on East Coast Microwave's web servers.
